Our Mission
Fellowship of Chi is a nonprofit religious organization dedicated to serving the community through public worship and ministry, reflecting the teachings of Jesus Christ and the spiritual heritage of the Vietnamese people. We are committed to providing a welcoming space for all to grow in faith and honor our traditions.
Worship Locations
Fellowship of Chi currently conducts worship services in various temporary facilities donated by community supporters. Our current worship locations include:
– Andy’s Golden Nugget Reception Hall, 3601 Telephone Rd, Houston, TX 77023
– Yellowrock Capital, 6001 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77023
Additionally, we utilize private family homes and shared chapels within established Catholic churches that support our mission. Our permanent place of worship is in the process of acquisition and will be located at 3901 Telephone Rd, Houston, TX. This site is currently undergoing redevelopment to serve as our primary sanctuary for all religious services and gatherings.
Statement of Faith
Fellowship of Chi is rooted in the Catholic tradition, embracing the teachings of Jesus and the sacraments while maintaining independence from political structures. We aim to create a spiritual community that is culturally relevant and responsive to real-life challenges. Our services are bilingual, incorporating Vietnamese, English, and increasingly Spanish or Latin elements, fostering an inclusive worship experience. We uphold the historic statements of faith as outlined in the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.
